Booth Application

Thank you for your interest in having your ministry represented at Western Youth Conference (WYC) being held in Weimar, CA. The Western Youth Conference is committed to give our attendees networking and ministry opportunities. In order to apply for a booth space you must register for the conference. After you submit your booth application, we will verify that the main booth representatives are registered conference attendees before confirming your space.

Things to know:

There will be a $15.00 cost for a booth space.
Each booth space is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet.
Electricity and tables will be provided.
Booth application approval is strongly recommended prior to the purchase of travel or non-refundable arrangements.
Exhibitors must abide by the WYC Exhibitor Guidelines.

The Fine Print
The exhibit space you are applying for is to be used only for the purpose of promoting the ministry noted above and is not to be sublet or shared by another person or entity. All booth representatives must be registered WYC attendees. The Western Youth Conference reserves the right to approve or disapprove any exhibit. No commercial business is to be conducted from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. WYC cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any booths and/or associated items.
